StickerTrading is a super neat site that posts all sorts of sticker art from around the world. If you guys are into street art in all its various forms like I am, I highly suggest checking StickerTrading out. There is so much eye candy and it just goes on forever. Also, I just recently submitted to it. If you make stickers, so should you!

Snail mail carrying a boat load of Stray Kittie stickers going out to one of my favourite people, Julien Strasfeld. Decorating envelopes is possibly one of my favourites activities. (I do it very rarely.)

This weekend was insanely busy as a result of the amazing Dartmouth Comic Arts Festival —DCAF — but it was also insanely fun.
So many thank yous to everyone who came out, and to those who came to my booth and introduced themselves. It was a pleasure meeting you all!

I’m spending this lovely Sunday evening making Stray Kitties stickers which will be for sale at LADIES’ NIGHT, hosted by the ever-delightful Strange Adventures comic book shop.

The ever-delightful Ivy Jones sent in these super snapshots of some Stray Kitties she spied around Halifax, Nova Scotia. If you have a moment, I would strongly suggest checking out Ivy’s website, which features some of the work she has been making while attending NSCAD (an art university here in the city). Ms Jones has a fascinating aesthetic, and the more she makes the more I get excited about her future. And potentially the future of my own closet.
BIG NEWS:
Toronto, Ontario will be getting slathered in Stray Kitty street art mid-March, so watch your streets, your lamp posts, and your abandoned wall spaces. These kitties are looking for some sneaky spots to call their own. Here at headquarters we’re all very busy and very excited as a result of this upcoming adventure in central Canada.
Cheers,

Yesterday’s tote bag finally finished up and properly photographed. As I said, I am hoping to post these on Etsy, but I’d like to do it when I have at least 5 done. This Saturday I managed to sell three bags, so I haven’t been able to keep enough around for the Etsy shop, alas. (No complaints here, I’ll tell you. Instead, many many many thankyous!).

A better photograph of the scrap bag from last night, which has been swooped up by one Mr J Reid. I received some great feedback from folks regarding the scrap bags (thanks very much to all of you), so in the future they will be up for sale as well, the price depending on how many hours went into hand-painting the tote.
Thanks a bunch folks, every little bit helps!

Packing up a few Stay Kittie tote bags for delivery to Argyle Fine Art this afternoon. The kitties are getting busier and busier as winter creeps on…
